Training & Compliance

At Cougar Mining Group, training and compliance is above standards with utilizing our ISO 9001 quality management system for all company processes everywhere, every time, without exception.

Cougar have achieved NATA accreditation for maintenance inspections on diesel engine systems with codes, AS/NZS 3584.3 with reference as required to AS/NZS 3584.2 and AS/NZS 3584.1. In addition, Cougar has recognition as a Registered Service Facility by the Department of Trade and Investment Mine Safety.

With a dedicated compliance team who have not only demonstrated their capability and competence to our external accreditation bodies but have also been engaged to provide OEM Compliance Training along with Safety Circuit condition reports.

Cougar’s compliance team will also conduct AS/NZS 3584.3 audits to other facilities as well as 5 year safety assessments as required by Plant Registration (DES & TBS).
