Spray 'n' Bake Paint Booth
Cougar Mining Group can provide the service of a fully
operational Spray 'n' Bake paint booth with professionally trained staff. The paint booth is 12,000L x 5,250W x 5,400H which has
the capability to cater for trucks and buses.
Mobile Code D Van
Our NATA approved RSF Facility enables us to provide an onsite Code D service. Our field service team consists of 2 RP's and 2 CP's so we always provide competent people and a RP on site while the Code D is being carried out.
We carry out component only inspections and repairs in our RSF workshop facility before loading them into high density foam storage compartments in the Mobile Code D Van. The van carries a fully compliant set of MDR 090376 DES components as well as spare parts for emergency repairs.
We carry a Full library of DES registration, procedures and MDR information.
Fabrication & Machining
The in house fabrication and machining equipment enables Cougar Mining Group to
quickly and efficiently manufacture or repair equipment and components in house.
Non Destructive Testing
Cougar Mining Group can carry out all mag Particle testing in house with our own certified NDT technician. In addition, Cougar also offer a mobile service in which minimises the need to send equipment offsite.
